Cancellation Clause

Effective Date: May 1, 2023

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel our services. In the event that you wish to cancel your subscription within 6 months of taking our service, the following cancellation clause will apply:
  1. Cancellation Fee
    If you decide to cancel your subscription within the first 6 months of using our service, you will be charged a one-time cancellation fee of $100. This fee is intended to cover the installation costs that were waived for clients who remain with us for at least 6 months.
  2. Waiver Eligibility
    Clients who maintain their subscription for a minimum period of 6 months are eligible to have the installation fee waived entirely. If you complete the full 6-month period, you will not be subject to the cancellation fee upon discontinuing our services.
  3. Notification Process
    To initiate the cancellation process, you must notify us in writing through email or formal letter stating your intent to cancel the service with the termination date indicated. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written notice.
  4. Payment Procedure
    The cancellation fee of $100 will be charged to the payment method on file within 30 days from the effective date of your cancellation.
  5. Outstanding Balances
    Any outstanding balances accrued up until the effective date of the cancellation must be settled promptly. The cancellation fee does not relieve you of the responsibility to pay for services rendered up until the date of cancellation.
  6. Refund Policy
    The cancellation fee of $100 is non-refundable. It represents the cost incurred for the waived installation fee and administrative processing related to your subscription termination.
  7. Exceptional Circumstances
    In exceptional cases where cancellation is due to reasons beyond your control, you may appeal for a waiver of the cancellation fee. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing along with supporting documentation.
